In This Grave: A look at the Lund family members in this grave
Welcome to one of the Lund family graves here in the cemetery at the church of St Mary le Ghyll located in Barnoldswick in the Pendle area of Lancashire, although this latter description would have been a bone of contention with the occupants of this grave, due to the fact that during their life time Barnoldswick was in fact located in the county of Yorkshire.
There are two parts to the cemetery at the church of St Mary le Ghyll. The one adjacent to the church is the Church cemetery and in which members of the church are interred. On the other side of Ghyll lane through the gates is the town cemetery, open to anyone. It is the town cemetery in which, can be found the graves of several members of the Lund family and those closely related to them.
If you intend to visit the cemetery or the church of St Mary le Ghyll then, the following What 3 Words references may be of assistance.
For the church itself: "resembles, redoubles, bother" And for the town cemetery: "scramble, cashiers, spouse" The What 3 Words references for other graves will be given later in sections relating family members or to other graves.
Whether you have any personal interest in the Lund family or are just browsing, we hope that you find this site commemorating the family interesting.
