In the late 1930's  Eva Joseph, Myra May and Elsie moved to No 99 Coronation street in Blackpool, where they successfully ran a boarding house named "EVADENE" presumably named after Eva Lund. The building at No99 Coronation Street, in the centre of Blackpool, and near to the Winter Gardens still offers accomodation in the seaside resort as a small hotel now renamed, The Ardern Hotel.

Eva Passed on 14/11/1933 in the General Hospital, Nottingham from Cellulitis of her right leg and the onset of Sceptacemia. Although it is not known how she came to be in Nottingham.

Unfortunately Eva never got the opportunity to see any of her children married as none of them were to marry in her lifetime.
